Origin
The Aglaonema 'Jubilee', also known as the Chinese evergreen, originates from the tropics and subtropics of Asia. This plant species is native primarily in the jungles of Southeast Asia. They often grow under dense leaf cover in the wilderness, where they receive relatively low light and high humidity.

Characteristics
The Aglaonema 'Jubilee' stands out with its striking leaf pattern. The leaves are predominantly green with light, almost white, stripes running from the centre of the leaf to the edge. It is a relatively small plant species that does not grow much taller than 30 centimeters. Generally, it is a slow growing, dense and compact plant making it very suitable as a house plant.

Care
Since the Aglaonema 'Jubilee' comes from a tropical climate, it requires high humidity. Regular misting with water can help maintain the right humidity. The plant thrives best in indirect light and should therefore not be placed in direct sunlight. It is advisable to water the plant once every two weeks depending on the humidity and temperature of the environment. It is also important to plant the plant in well-draining soil to prevent root rot.
