Origin
The Sansevieria kirkii 'Fernwood', also known as the Snake Plant, originates from West Africa and South Asia. It is one of the species of the Sansevieria genus. This genus is named after the Italian prince and scientist Raimondo di Sangro, who lived in San Severo in the 18th century.

Characteristics
