DescriptionSpecifications

Origin
The Echeveria 'Purple Pearl' 6/tray is a member of the Crassulaceae family and originally comes from the arid regions of Mexico and the Southern United States. This plant has been specially selected and grown for its attractive, lush purple hues and thick, fleshy leaves.

Characteristics
The Echeveria 'Purple Pearl' is characterised by a rosette growth habit and the unique, deep purple colour of its leaves. The leaves are broad, fleshy and end in a point. In addition, the plant produces small, bell-shaped flowers on long, upright stems in the spring and summer. The plant reaches an average height of 20 to 25 cm and grows best in well-draining soil.

Care
While not extremely drought-tolerant, the Echeveria 'Purple Pearl' still requires regular watering, but not too much. It should be watered when the top 1-2 cm of soil is dry, using a 'let dry before watering' regimen. The plant also requires good light exposure, preferably bright indirect light or direct morning sun. It's important to note that the 'Purple Pearl' tolerates cold temperatures down to -3.9 °C, but it is still advisable to protect it from frost.
