Product number : 4PLANVT29
DescriptionSpecifications

Origin
The Pleomele, officially known as Dracaena 'Anita Variegata', has its origins in Africa, Central America and Asia. These are warm, tropical regions, from which the plant has spread worldwide. The plant has specifically become popular as a houseplant. It belongs to the Asparagaceae family and is closely related to the Yucca.

Characteristics
The Pleomele 'Anita Variegata' is distinguished by its long, narrow, green-white leaves that bend obliquely outwards. The stem of the plant is upright, forming a full, bushy crown. The growth habit of the Pleomele is compact. It can reach a maximum height of about two meters, but grows relatively slowly.

Care
A Pleomele requires a light position, but can also tolerate partial shade. Direct sunlight is less well tolerated. The plant prefers a moderate temperature, provided it is more constant than at colder temperatures. In terms of water requirements, this plant has a moderate need: ensure that the soil can lightly dry out between watering. Too much water can cause root rot, something this plant is sensitive to.
