Origin
The Primula Elatior Grp 'Mister Gold Laced' is a variant of the Primula Elatior, also known as the Primrose. The plant species Primula has its origin in the Himalayan mountains, where they grow in cool, shady areas. Many different types and variants have been developed over the years, meaning they can now be found in various climate and environment types around the world. However, this particular variant is primarily found in temperate climate zones.

Characteristics
The Primula Elatior Grp 'Mister Gold Laced' distinguishes itself with its unique blooming patterns and colour combinations. The flowers are typically gold-yellow in colour, with dark, almost black edges, giving it its laced appearance. The flowers are quite large compared to the rest of the plant and have a delicate, pleasant scent. The plant generally maintains a compact growth form and rarely grows taller than 30 cm.

Care
