Origin
The Guzmania 'Ostara' 6/tray is part of the famous Bromeliad family. The plant has its origin in South and Central America, where it grows in the subtropical rainforests. The plant is named after Anastasio Guzman, a Spanish naturalist who contributed significantly to botanical knowledge in this area.

Characteristics
The Guzmania 'Ostara' 6/tray is an exotic indoor plant known for its reddish bracts or flower clusters that pop up from the rosette. The actual flowers are small and located at the tops of the bracts. The green leaves are long and lance-shaped, growing up to 30 centimetres in length. It is an epiphytic plant, which means that in nature, it grows on trees to access nutrients.
