Characteristics
The Echinopsis oxygona is known for its spherical appearance with numerous spiky thorns protruding from the ribbed green structure. In addition to the thorns, these ribs also carry small hairs. This cactus has large, white flowers that open at night and can reach a diameter of up to 18 centimeters. It's primarily these nocturnal blooming sessions that have given the Echinopsis oxygona its nickname, Easter Lily Cactus.
