Origin
The Photinia x fraseri 'Pink Marble' is a cross between two species from the Photinia genus. This plant was bred in Fraser's nurseries in America, hence its name. It is also referred to as Photinia 'Cassini', named after the French nursery that developed it.

Characteristics
The Photinia x fraseri 'Pink Marble' is an evergreen shrub known for its striking leaf colour. It has glossy, dark green leaves with a cream-coloured edge. In the spring, new shoots appear with a bright pink colour, creating a beautiful contrast with the older foliage. The flowers are white and small, but form large clusters making an attractive sight.
