Origin
The Anthurium Joli Peach, sometimes referred to as the Flamingo Flower, has its origin in the rainforests of South and Central America. These types of plants predominantly grow as epiphytes in the trees or on the ground in these areas. They are members of the Araceae family, from which other well-known species also originate.
Characteristics
The Anthurium Joli Peach is well-known for its elegant appearance and large, shiny, shield-like leaves. The plant is characterised by its unique peach-coloured spathe and long spadix with tiny flowers. The plant can grow up to 60 centimeters tall and the bloom lasts from spring to summer.
Care
In terms of care, the Anthurium Joli Peach prefers a humid environment and indirect, bright light. It is important to evenly water the plant, keeping the soil moist but not saturated. During the winter months, the plant requires less water. It is also advisable to repot the plant annually to stimulate continuous growth.
