Dracaena fragrans 'Lemon Surprise'
Head
1DRLSKO10
Origin
The Scindapsus (Epipremnum) 'Happy Leaf' originally comes from tropical Southeast Asia. They grow here in the wild, often up against trees where they cling to. Its natural environment is therefore humid and warm.
Characteristics
The 'Happy Leaf' is characterised by its shiny, heart-shaped leaves with yellow and green spots. The plant grows in height and bears small, inconspicuous flowers as an adult plant. Since the Scindapsus is a climber, it easily attaches to its surroundings. The plant is also known by the name Epipremnum Aureum.
Care
This plant is easy to care for and can be placed in both a bright or slightly darker spot, but not in direct sunlight. The soil should always be slightly moist, but avoid too much water to prevent root rot. In addition, the plant does well in high humidity and at room temperature. This plant does not have a pronounced need for nourishment, once a month is sufficient.
