Origin
The Opuntia diademata 'Inermis' is a type of cactus that originates from the Cactaceae family, more specifically the Opuntia group. Its origin is in the warm and dry areas of Mexico, where it has adapted to extreme conditions over the centuries. Characteristics
This unique cactus distinguishes itself by its flat, disc-shaped segments, which are connected to form a striking structure. When watering, it is important to avoid water standing in the saucer under the pot to prevent root rot. In terms of temperature, the plant can take a punch, but it cannot tolerate temperatures below freezing.
