Origin

Characteristics
Olea europaea is an evergreen tree or shrub that can reach up to 10 metres in height. The leaves are leathery, narrow, lance-shaped, and silvery-grey underneath. The bark is grey and rough, often deeply furrowed in older specimens. In spring, small white flowers appear in clusters, followed by green fruits that turn black as they ripen.

Care
