Ordering
We advise you to order as much as possible via our website or by telephone. If you have never ordered from our website, please call your contact person at Nieuwkoop to make this possible for you. However, if it is necessary that you visit us, you are welcome. To protect you and ourselves as much as possible, we take the following precautionary measures: - We follow the guidelines of the Dutch government - We don't shake hands - We keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters - We have tightened our hygiene measures
Deliveries
Some of our suppliers are affected by the situation in China and are experiencing delays in deliveries from Asia. Until now there has been no significant impact on our stocks and we can deliver your orders on time. We do everything we can to keep our stock level in order to be able to keep our service at the same level as today. However, there are many situations over which we have no influence, such as decisions by other companies, or even local authorities. We can therefore not give you absolute certainties about the situation in the future.
