The brand name is based on the temperature at which the planters are baked, namely 1240 degrees Celsius. The ceramic Humus planters have a rough finish and are available in two beautifully natural colours. The handmade planters can be placed both indoors and outdoors, are UV-resistant, frost-proof and waterproof. For outdoor use, a drainage hole must be drilled at the bottom.

Vulkastrat absorbs more water than regular soil and releases it gradually to the roots.
