Origin
The Alocasia macrorrhizos Camouflage, also known as the Taro, has its origin in the tropics of Southeast Asia. This ornamental plant naturally grows in damp, shadowy environments like rainforests. It has a long history of cultivated use, particularly in Polynesia, where it was grown for its large, edible root tubers.

Characteristics
