Origin
The Episcia cupreata 'Pink Brocade', also known as the Flame Violet, originates from Central and South America. This species of plant is part of the Gesneriaceae family and is naturally found in the rainforests of Costa Rica to Colombia.
Characteristics
The Episcia cupreata 'Pink Brocade' is known for its striking appearance with velvet-like green leaves that display unique silver stripes. The leaves are elliptical in shape and have a dark red underside. In addition, this plant produces bright red flowers, contributing to its attractive look. The flowers are tubular and have five evenly spaced petals.
Care

The plant is heat-loving, grows best at temperatures between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius, and prefers well-drained, slightly acidic soil.
