Origin
The Hoya Wibergiae originates from the Philippines and belongs to the family of wax flowers. This plant species is mainly found in the tropical rainforest. This species is named after Ivy Wiberg, a well-known Hoya enthusiast and collector.

Characteristics
The thicker, glossy leaves and large spherical flower clusters are characteristic of the Hoya Wibergiae. The flowers can reach a diameter of up to 1.8 cm and have a heavenly, yet subtle vanilla scent. The colour of the flowers varies from pastel pink to white, depending on their exposure to light. The Hoya Wibergiae is also known by the name Hoya sp. Estrella Waterfalls.

Care
Hoya Wibergiae needs a light to semi-shady location throughout the year. The average winter temperature ideally should not drop below 15°C. The plant has a moderate watering need and excessive water should be avoided to prevent root rot. A well-draining soil type is needed to maintain and encourage the plant's condition and blooming. It is also recommended to feed the plant with a balanced fertilizer during the growth seasons.
