The planter from the White Label brand is part of the Corten steel collection. This collection consists of planters made from Corten steel, a metal alloy known for the warm, orange-brown hue that develops during the rusting process. Initially, the colour of the planter is grey; over the course of several months, the planter will rust, depending on weather conditions and location. This gives each planter a unique appearance. The planters are delivered while they are in the rusting process and are therefore (partially) rusted. The process by which the definitive colour develops can be accelerated by spraying the planter with water daily. During the first months of the rusting process, the rust may stain tiles. To prevent stains, it is recommended to rinse away the rust daily or temporarily place the planter on a different surface. The metal used gives the planter a robust look and ensures sturdiness. The finish is natural, allowing the material and colour to be fully appreciated. The planter is frost resistant and can therefore be placed outside all year round without frost causing any damage to the planter.
