DescriptionSpecifications

Origin
The Agave triangularis, also known as the Triangular Agave, is a plant species that is native to Mexico. It particularly thrives in rocky, parched soils, and therefore enjoys a dry and sun-drenched climate.

Characteristics
Agave triangularis is a type of succulent with an interesting geometric shape. The plant produces large, fleshy leaves in a triangular pattern, hence the nickname. Each leaf has a unique green colour, and is finished with sharp, black spikes along the edges. The maximum height ranges between 1 and 2 metres, while the length of the leaves can reach up to 70 centimetres.

Care
Despite its tropical origin, the Agave triangularis is relatively easy to maintain in temperate climates. The plant has a low need for water and can withstand lengthy periods of drought. The ideal environment is well-drained soil and a location with plenty of direct sunlight. It's important to protect it from frost in the winter, as the plant is not frost-hardy.
