Origin
The Dracaena Dragonmix originates from Africa, Asia, and Central America. More specifically, this plant is most often found in areas such as Sudan, Mozambique, Ivory Coast, and Angola. The plant primarily grows and develops in semi-shady areas under higher vegetation.
Characteristics
The Dracaena Dragonmix is identifiable by its narrow, long leaves. These are usually green with occasional yellow, red or white accents. The plant can reach a height of up to 120 cm. The Dracaena Dragonmix is also known by the name Dragon's Blood, due to the red resin that some species produce.
Care
The Dracaena Dragonmix requires relatively little care. The plant thrives best with moderate watering and should only be watered again when the top layer of soil feels dry. The plant prefers indirect sunlight and can become damaged if exposed directly to the sun. Signs of yellowing leaves could indicate that the plant is receiving too much water.
