Product number : 1AGSTTU20
DescriptionSpecifications

Origin
The Aglaonema 'Stripes', also known as the Chinese Evergreen, originally comes from the humid, shady forests of Southeast Asia. These are mainly the tropical and subtropical regions of Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Over the years, it has spread worldwide as a houseplant, thanks to its attractive appearance and ease of maintenance.

Characteristics
The Aglaonema 'Stripes' is known for its striking leaves, where the chlorophyll-rich and lively green contrasts with the light, almost white stripes. The leaves are broad, inversely oval in shape, and can vary in length, up to a maximum of 30 centimetres. The plant remains relatively compact and usually reaches a height of up to 60 centimetres.

Care
The Aglaonema 'Stripes' is quite easy-going when it comes to its care needs. In general, the plant prefers a warm, humid climate and indirect sunlight. As it originally comes from the forest, it can also cope very well with little light, making it a true shade lover. Maintenance includes regular watering, especially during the growth period, but be careful of overwatering as this can cause root rot. Regular feeding with a balanced, liquid fertiliser during the growth season is also recommended.
