Origin
The Dracaena deremensis 'White Stripe' occurs naturally in Central and West Africa. It's one of the many varieties in the Dracaena genus, which is part of the Asparagaceae family. The plant is also known as Dracaena 'Janet Craig' and has spread from its natural habitat to many homes and offices worldwide, where it is appreciated for its air-purifying properties.

Characteristics
The Dracaena deremensis 'White Stripe' has long, narrow leaves that are bright green in colour, with a striking white stripe in the middle. The leaves grow in a spiral pattern around the trunk. The plant typically reaches a maximum height of 50-60 centimetres, but can grow up to 2 metres under optimal conditions.
