Origin
The Photinia x fraseri 'Red Robin' Compacta is a plant species that originates from the Rosaceae family and is often used for decoration in gardens. This variety came about through the crossbreeding of the Photinia glabra and Photinia serratifolia. The plant is named after John Fraser, a Scottish botanist and botanist who greatly contributed to the development of horticulture in the 18th century. Therefore, the plant has its origin in the Asian region and was later introduced in different parts of the world.

Characteristics
