Origin
Viola (Wittrockiana Group) Delta F1 'True Blue' belongs to the group of large-flowered pansies. This cultivar was developed through selective breeding within the Viola wittrockiana species. The Delta F1 series originates from professional cultivation focused on uniform flowering and robust plants. The pansy is used worldwide as an annual or biennial ornamental plant in gardens and parks.

Characteristics
Viola Delta F1 'True Blue' is notable for its large, solid deep blue flowers. The flowers generally have a diameter of about 6 to 8 centimetres. The leaves are light green, oval to lance-shaped, and grow in a compact clump. The plant reaches a height of approximately 15 to 20 centimetres and has a bushy growth habit.

Care
Viola Delta F1 'True Blue' thrives best in a bright position with well-draining, fertile soil. Regular watering is important, especially during dry periods. This plant is tolerant of light frost and can therefore be planted early in spring or late in autumn. Removing faded flowers encourages a longer and more abundant flowering period.
