Origin
The Heuchera Melting Fire, also known as Coral Bells, originates from North America. It is a hardy, perennial plant that naturally occurs in rocky areas and forests. The plant is a member of the Saxifragaceae family, which comprises approximately 37 species in total.

Characteristics
Unlike many of its counterparts, the Heuchera Melting Fire stands out with its striking red leaf colour, which becomes more intense as the season progresses. When fully grown, the plant reaches a height of 25 to 30 cm and a width of about 35 cm. The plant produces small, bell-shaped flowers that range from white to pink, and these appear from late spring to early summer.

Care
In terms of care for the Heuchera Melting Fire, it requires well-draining, rich soil and a spot in partial shade or full sun. Under optimal conditions, the plant is relatively low maintenance. However, to maintain its vibrant colour and health, the plant needs to be regularly watered during dry spells. While they survive the winter quite well, they may need some protection from particularly severe frost.
