DescriptionSpecifications

Origin
The Chlorophytum comosum 'Bonnie', also known as the Bonnie, originates from southern Africa. In particular, the damp, shady regions of South Africa are the natural habitat of this plant.

Characteristics
The Bonnie distinguishes itself from other plants with its striking, spiral-shaped leaves that are light green in colour with a cream-white stripe in the middle. This plant produces long, drooping stems on which small plants form at the ends. These 'baby plants' can easily be removed to grow new plants. The Bonnie can grow up to 60 cm long.

Care
The care of the Chlorophytum comosum 'Bonnie' is relatively straightforward as the plant is quite drought-resistant. However, the plant prefers a bright location away from direct sunlight. Regular watering is recommended, but avoid excessive watering to prevent root rot. The plant has no specific nutritional requirements and is therefore satisfied with standard houseplant food. An added bonus is that this plant purifies the air and contributes to a healthy indoor climate.
