Origin
The Monadenium Guentheri is a type of succulent that originates from East Africa. It can be found in arid regions, particularly in Tanzania and Kenya. Despite its African origin, it has been successfully cultivated in other parts of the world.

Characteristics
The Monadenium Guentheri is known for its slender green stems with striking white stripes. It can grow to a height of about 30 centimetres. At the ends of the stems, bright green leaves develop. During the flowering period, generally in the spring, the plant produces small, inconspicuous flowers.

Care
The Monadenium Guentheri is a relatively easy plant to care for. It prefers well-draining soil and a sunny location, but can also survive in partial shade. With regards to water, it doesn't need much: a weekly watering is sufficient in the summer, while in the winter, watering should be reduced. Overwatering can cause root rot, a condition that can seriously damage the plant.
