Origin
The Cordyline Salsa, also known as the Hawaiian Ti Plant, has its origin in the eastern part of the Pacific Ocean, including Hawaii. It also grows in the tropical regions of Australia and New Zealand, as well as in some parts of Asia.
Characteristics
The Cordyline Salsa is known for its bright red to purple leaves that provide a vibrant colour in any setting. The plant can grow up to four feet high and has long, narrow leaves that grow in spirals around the branched trunks. The Cordyline Salsa is a perennial plant that blooms in the late spring, with small, fragrant flowers.
Care
Caring for the Cordyline Salsa requires a warm climate and plenty of sunlight, although it can also grow in partial shade. The plant needs water regularly, but doesn't like waterlogging, so ensure the soil is well-drained. Indoors, the plant should be in a planter with drainage holes and it should not be exposed to temperatures below 15 degrees Celsius.
