Origin

This species of plant was first discovered in the wild in countries such as Japan, China, and Korea. Nowadays, the plant can be found in many gardens around the world, serving as an ornamental plant.
Characteristics
The Spindle 'Emerald 'n' Gold' is a hardy, evergreen shrub with a compact growth habit. It can reach a height between 50 and 120 centimetres. The leaves of the Euonymus fortunei 'Emerald 'n' Gold' feature a golden yellow edge with a green interior. The plant takes some time to mature, but once fully grown, it becomes very robust.
