Origin
The Asplenium Crispy Wave, also known as Japanese bird's nest fern, originates from the subtropical and tropical regions of East Asia. The species is mainly found in the forests of Japan, where it adapts to the humid, shady environment. It has spread to other parts of the world due to its popularity as a house plant.

Characteristics
The Asplenium Crispy Wave is characterised by its bright green, wavy leaves, which are notably crisp. This unique fern species grows in a nest-like pattern, with new leaves steadily rolling from the core of the plant. The plant can reach a maximum of 60 centimetres in height and has a slow growth rate compared to other fern species. Thanks to its attractive appearance, this plant is often used in interior design.

Care
The care of Asplenium Crispy Wave requires a high level of humidity and access to indirect light, similar to its original growth conditions. This plant prefers a loose, well-draining soil and light shade, as direct sunlight can scorch the leaves.
