Origin
The Trachelospermum jasminoides Star Of Toscane, also known as Tuscan Jasmine, is a plant species originally from East Asia. It primarily grows in Japan and Korea. This plant is loved in many gardens around the world for its pleasant scent and beautiful flowers.

Characteristics
The Tuscan Jasmine is an evergreen climbing plant that can grow up to a height of 9 meters. The plant stands out with its bright yellow, star-shaped flowers that usually bloom between June and September. The leaves are dark green and shiny, giving the plant a healthy appearance throughout the year. A special feature of this plant is that the flowers release their intense, sweet scent at night.

Care
The Tuscan Jasmine favours a place in full sun or partial shade and can be planted in any well-drained soil. It tolerates drought, but grows best with regular watering during drier periods. Fertilise this plant in the spring with an organic fertiliser for optimal bloom. In order to maintain good growth and flowering, it's important to lightly prune the plant after flowering.
