It is a plant that, thanks to cultivation and distribution by humans, has managed to spread all over the world. Despite the plant's tropical origin, it can survive well in temperate and subtropical climates.

Characteristics
The Saxifraga stolonifera 'Tricolor' is a perennial, hardy plant, characterised by its tricolour leaf with green, white, and pink hues. These leaf colours provide a decorative appeal. The plant produces white flowers with a yellow centre in the summer months, typically between June and August. This pleasant flower production characterises the Saxifraga stolonifera 'Tricolor' as a flowering plant. Additionally, the plant grows via runners, allowing it to drape over the edge of a pot or border.

Care
