DescriptionSpecificationsFeatures
Plant

The Agave is native to desert-like areas of the United States and Mexico. It has thick, fleshy leaves in which the plant stores moisture and nutrients to survive during periods of drought. Be careful, because the points of these leaves have sharp spines. In Mexico, this plant is used for the production of Tequila.

Planter

Terracotta pots are traditionally made from unglazed pottery. The color depends on which metals are present in which concentrations in the clay and at what temperature the pot is baked. Terracotta is available in all color grades between white and dark orange to dark gray. The pots are excellent to combine with botanical styles.

Planting system

This plant display is made up with a pot plant, filled with Vulkastrat and is equipped with a waterlevel indicator. Vulkastrat absorbs more water than regular soil and releases it gradually to the roots. Vulkastrat cannot shrink shut due to its coarse structure, which keeps the soil more airy and allows the roots to absorb enough oxygen.
