Philodendron 'Imperial Red'
Bush
4PHIRBU26
The Philodendron is native to the tropical rainforests of South America and the Caribbean region. Most of them are true climbers that use their long tendrils to climb up other trees or rocks. The Philodendron Imperial Red is characterised by its huge glossy leaves but because the short stems seldom branch, this plant remains very compact. The young leaves are dark red and turn dark green at a later stage.
Baq stands for high-quality planters that are meticulously designed and expertly crafted. Available
in a wide range of materials, each Baq planter has its own unique look, which makes for a highly
diverse collection. Ranging from contemporary to timeless, from rugged to refined, and from bright
colours to subtle minimalism.
With the coarse surface structure, the planters from the Baq Algar collection have a robust appearance reminiscent of rock formations and natural stone. This makes each planter unique. Baq Algar is available in two special colours. The planters feature a drainage hole and are both frost- and UV-resistant. This makes this collection suitable for outdoor and indoor use. For indoor use, we recommend a liner to make the planter waterproof.
Baq 2025
This plant display is made up with a pot plant, filled with Vulkastrat and is equipped with a waterlevel indicator. Vulkastrat absorbs more water than regular soil and releases it gradually to the roots. Vulkastrat cannot shrink shut due to its coarse structure, which keeps the soil more airy and allows the roots to absorb enough oxygen. If the planter is not waterproof, a liner is used to make the plant display waterproof.
