The White Label planter from the Corten steel collection is an outdoor product made from corten steel, a metal alloy known for its durable nature and warm, orange-brown hue. This characteristic colour develops during the natural rusting process; initially, the planter has a grey colour, after which, depending on weather conditions and location, the rusting process develops over several months. This results in a unique appearance for each planter. Upon delivery, the planter is in the rusting process and is therefore partly rusted. If desired, the rusting process can be accelerated by moistening the planter daily with a plant spray. During the first few months, the rust may stain tiles; it is recommended to rinse this away daily or temporarily place the planter on a different surface. The planter is made of metal, which gives it a robust appearance and a high degree of strength. Thanks to its frost resistant properties, this planter can remain outdoors during cold periods without risk of damage. The finish is natural, which further emphasises the character of the material.
