Characteristics
The 'Song of Sri Lanka' is an evergreen shrub that can reach heights of 3 to 6 meters, with a diameter of 1 to 3 meters. The plant is characterised by its leathery leaves that have a glossy green colour and are grouped in spirals. The flowers of this Dracaena species are fragrant and grow in dense clusters, followed by red or orange berries.
Care
The Pleomele reflexa thrives best in partial shade to full sun and requires a well-draining soil with adequate moisture. Temperatures above 15 degrees Celsius are ideal for this plant.
