Origin
The Echeveria 'Apus' belongs to the Crassulaceae family and is originally from the semi-deserts of Mexico. This specific species is named after APU's Floral, a well-known grower in South Korea that specialises in cultivating Echeveria species.
Characteristics
The Echeveria 'Apus' is a rosette-shaped succulent famous for its distinguishing leaves. These are thick, firm, and powdered, with colour shades ranging from green to pink hues. Moreover, during the growing season, the Echeveria 'Apus' produces striking flower stems with orange-red flowers. Reputed for its attractive appearance, the mature plant can attain a diameter of approximately 15 cm.
Care
The Echeveria 'Apus' needs a well-draining soil type and a place where it can enjoy moderate sunlight. Watering should be sparing since these plants are adapted to drier conditions. By overwintering in a cooler environment, the Echeveria 'Apus' can maintain its vibrant colour.
