Characteristics
The Homalomena wallisii 'Camouflage' is known for its striking camouflage-coloured leaves, which display a unique blend of green and cream hues. This plant has large, glossy leaves that grow in a rosette, with each plant typically having four to six leaves. The leaves are heart-shaped, with a pointed top and serrated edges, giving the plant its nickname 'Queen of Hearts'.

Care
In terms of care, the Homalomena wallisii 'Camouflage' prefers high humidity, similar to that of its original tropical habitat. It thrives best in indirect sunlight and should be planted in well-draining soil to prevent its roots from becoming waterlogged. It is recommended to water the plant regularly but only once the top layer of soil starts to dry out to avoid overwatering. Feeding the plant with a houseplant fertiliser can occur once a month to promote growth.
