Origin

Characteristics

The plant is recognisable by its dark purple to almost black stems and finely divided leaves. During the summer period, between June and August, the plant produces hanging clusters full of delicate, mauve to pink-violet flowers.

It is a plant species that thrives well in nutritious, moisture-retaining soil with good drainage. Regular watering during prolonged drought is recommended.
